Hi, I’m Tiquan Goode, a community and youth educator who has always been driven to impact the world positively. I am committed to cultivating environments where every individual is valued and empowered to thrive.

I was exposed to the potential of youth empowerment and leadership and learned valuable programming skills through various leadership roles in my childhood and early adolescence, most significantly 4-H. My experiences extend beyond 4-H to encompass a range of leadership roles in various community organizations. I have also contributed to numerous local, state, and national political and grassroots organizing campaigns. These experiences have deepened my understanding of community organizing and advocacy, shaping me into the servant leader I am today.

Establishing The Community Revitalization Coalition, LLC, and 5D Community Development and Consulting, LLC reflect my commitment to leaving the world a better place than I found it. Guided by the "Sankofa" concept of the Akan peoples of Ghana, I am constantly bringing lessons from the past to create a meaningful path forward.

I am pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Family and Consumer Science at Virginia State University, concentrating in Family, Child, and Community Development, where I am learning theory that aligns with the practices I have learned over the years.
